Automotive
Over just under 25 minutes, the film brings the entire restoration process to life and thus provides unique insights into the work of the ORCA Restoration GmbH team in Eberdingen. For every lover of old racing sports cars and especially for all lovers of the Porsche 550, this film is an absolute must. Thanks to the ORCA Restorations team and to Ali Koch. More? On the Road again
A sonorous humming in the distance, then a roaring engine noise – a small silver-coloured car speeds past. What few people suspect as they gaze in amazement at this vehicle: The car is 66 years old; in 1954, this Porsche 550 Spyder competed in two major races: The 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Carrera Panamericana. Now, Alfred Kist and his team have painstakingly restored the car to its original condition. The full story and a 25-minute documentary about the entire restoration, which took over a year, can be found here in my Blog..
Stationen einer Restaurierung/Milestones of a restoration
The film „Milestones of a restoration/Stations of a restoration“ describes the restoration of a classic of automotive racing history. The vehicle – a Porsche 917 – is a racing car from the German car manufacturer Porsche from 1970. At the 24-hour race in Daytona that year, Porsche took the overall victory with this car, driven by Pedro Rodriguez and Leo Kinnunen. Outside the racing scene, the car with the Gulf colours became a legend through the 1971 film classic „Le Mans“ with Steve McQueen. More in my Blog..

Interviews
Gela Allman: Mein langer Weg zurück ins Leben/Gela Allman: My long road back to life
„Fight! Smile! Love! – Everything you need is inside you!“ That is the life motto of the now 36-year-old Gela Allmann. The decisive turning point in her life was 3 April 2014. „Her body and what’s important to her, there’s nothing left at the moment. She is just a pile of rubble.“ This is what the doctor says about a young woman who until then was absolutely fit: Gela Allmann from Bavaria, extreme athlete, ski mountaineer, sports model. Until she fell 800 metres during a photo shoot in Iceland. You can read the story here in the blog.
Sven Hannwald
The story of a man who climbs steadily to the Olympus of top international sport. Then the abrupt fall into the dark depths of burnout. And then the years of painstaking work with which he reclaims his place in life. Success, crash and back to life – a conversation with Sven Hannawald about the lows and highs of life and what lies in between. And then: the crash. Burnout and thus retirement from competitive sport. After a long stay in hospital and years of rehabilitation, Sven Hannawald fought his way back into life. You can read the story here in the blog.

Dokumentationen/Documentaries
Einsatz im Kosovo/Kosovo mission
The film is about a mission that has almost been forgotten in Germany. In 1999, a multinational troop unit was sent there after the brutal conflicts in Kosovo to stand up for peace and security for the inhabitants of this stretch of land. Today it is relatively quiet there. However, small occasions are enough to let emotions boil up and there is still a very high density of weapons in that country. Thus, even in the current situation, the presence of the KFOR contingents still serves to ensure that people can live safely and in peace. The whole report can be found here in the blog.

Freiwillig dienen/Voluntarily serve
A reportage. Not an advertising project with a budget of millions, but an independent documentary. It is a film about three young people who voluntarily decided to serve in the German Army. What motivates these men and women to take on the drill and hardships of life as a soldier? My report tries to find answers to this question. You can read the whole report here in the blog.
